After lip fillers for treating thin lips, we recommend you avoid strenuous activity, sun exposure, and hot saunas for a few days so the hyaluronic acid can settle. Avoid rubbing your lips for a few hours after the injections, but do use ice packs or cold compresses. For at least a couple of days, avoid blood-thinning medications like aspirin.
