By agreeing to these terms and conditions and placing this order, you authorize us to automatically place and ship the order for your selected items. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card or electronic payment method you have input and authorize for this purchase. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are an authorized user on the form of payment that you submit and do not hold The Metropolitan Clinic responsible for any overdraft charges or fees that you might incur.
Our Subscription program was designed to prevent interruptions in the supply of your medical skincare in order to maximize your results per instructions from your skincare provider. If you select the Subscription purchase option, the following terms and conditions will apply to your purchase:
You authorize us to automatically place and ship future orders for your selected subscription items according to the frequency shown during your initial purchase. Payment for each subsequent shipment will be automatically charged to the same credit card that you used for the initial purchase unless you notify us otherwise. By proceeding with your Subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that The Metropolitan Skin Clinic will not obtain additional authorization from you for each future shipment. In addition, you do not hold The Metropolitan Skin Clinic responsible for any overdraft charges or fees that you might incur during the ongoing Subscription program. If you choose to cancel an active subscription order, you can do so from your Subscription cart, but you must do so 48 hours before the next shipment date indicated in your Subscription cart.
The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of The Metropolitan Skin Clinic. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of The Metropolitan Skin Clinic.

Metropolitan Skin Clinic does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any User Content (means text, images, photos, audio, video, and all other forms of data or communication that users submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the website). The statements, information and ratings contained in any User Content are solely the opinion of the User submitting such User Content and do not reflect the opinion of Metropolitan Skin Clinic or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries or any of their employees.

The Metropolitan Skin Clinic is dedicated to bringing you the best in medical-grade skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact your skincare provider at our office within 30 days of the purchase date. We’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase. If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. We will ship your order to arrive within 5-8 business days from when you place it. In the event of an unexpected out of stock or other order interruption, you will be contacted by one of our staff. We ship USPS at a flat rate of $5.99.
